The project and its working groups

The overarching research question regarding the nature, appeal and effects of conspiracy theory in Europe, is broken down into three manageable components tackled by three Working Groups. The WG sessions will always take place as part of the main Action meetings. During these meetings, the members will discuss relevant literature, form panels, present papers and collectively develop research projects.

WORKING GROUP 1: MANIFESTATIONS AND MEDIA

This working group studies the manifestations and modes of transmission of conspiracy theory in different historical and cultural contexts.

This working group studies the variety of actors and audiences involved in the production and consumption of conspiracy theories.
